The Bracebridge Dinner, held in the dining room of the Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite National Park, has been held since it's inception in 1928. The dinner is so popular that only 1650 seats are allotted for over 60,000 applications. the concept of the event came from a Washington Irving story of Renaissance Christmas held in "Bracebridge Hall." December 1996
