Jackie Prine <cq> 16, a Rio Americano High School water polo player uses the free weights for strength conditioning. CORE is a new physical fitness facility which concentrates on training youth from age 8-22. Each member of the private fitness club is supervised and monitored for peak performance and correct exercise technique by instructors. Most of the members are high school and college students wanting to be better conditioned as all-around athletes and thereby better in their specific sports.
