The Hite Marina, located in Utah at the extreme eastern end of Lake Powell, shows the effect of the low water inflow from the Colorado River. In prior years the marina offered boaters a place to launch and take out private boats. Although the marina still operates a boat rental service and a small supply store the continued drought may result in the marina being closed altogether. Friday, March 15, 2003.
