The 164-mile long Tahoe Rim Trail is nearing completion and will circumvent Lake Tahoe. All but two miles are left to be done and much of the trail gets heavy use already. A section of the trail from the Mt. Rose Highway south is a popular section for both hiking and mountain biking. These riders were among a group from San Jose who came to ride the trail.
