Raine Giblin 12, achieves a major milestone in her10-year battle agains the effects of cerebral palsy by being able to walk down the stairs without using the handrail. Both she and her twin sister Breeze Giblin , are affected by the degenerative muscle condition and have been involved in treatment with Shriners Children's Hospital since they were two-years-old.
