The 25th annual Halloween parade for kids living on Monohan Dr. and Norbourne Ave. in St. Mathews, KY. October 31, 1977. The sponsor is former Waggener High School band instructor, Carl Markert. The kids and parents walked around the neighborhood to the beat of Carl's drums and bagpipes played by Dick Page, also a resident.

Kids in costumes:
Josh Graven, 4, left, and his brother Gunnar, 5, dressed as "Fonzie."

Andy Fink, 6, is the mummy.

Laura Robinson, 11, is in the Billy Beer can.
