JM FOLSOM WATER HYACINTH.JPG
Biologist Ken Davis , center, leads a group of Girl Scouts from Troop 1427 on a tour of Willow Creek in Folsom, CA Thursday, October 25, 2001 to view mass infestation of the water hyacinth plant that is clogging the waterway. Davis' main concern is that the creek may flood during the rainy season. The kids spent some time removing a few of the plants. Sacramento Bee/Jay Mather
